Tomasz and rusty manholes

The Schaf has been lurking in the realms of early-morning Radio 2 again, chatting with the lovely Janice Long.

On Tuesday morning, our hero started proceedings with a glorious guffaw-- laughing about Janice's dog's feeding habits-- as one does. Janice asked Tomasz about his day: He told us he had a "good one at the gym" in the morning, then handled a couple of plums during his dinner-break.

He also revealed he was a Capricorn: Personally I don't believe in star-signs, I'm sceptical like that-- typical Pisces.

Janice's topic for the night was regional dishes. Our hero mused that northern Poland is probably known for pierogi: Small dumplings full of meat, potato, sauerkraut or cheese. I wonder if Tomasz is partial to a bit of żurek, golonka, gołąbki,naleśniki, bigos, kotlet schabowy-- served with grzyby? Tomasz is of course dishier than any of those [grin]

This morning's topic was phobias: Janice recalled the previous day's newspaper story of the lady who could only have sex outdoors, and couldn't do it in bed. Tomasz laughed at this, uncharacteristically there was no comment forthcoming from him!

He did admit to having a 'phobia'-- he has issues with rusty manholes {i}. When he was a kid, he once fell down one-- so he's wary about walking on those large covers now. Janice has similar fears, albeit with cellar doors in pubs {ii}

{i} Why, what did you think I was talking about?
["Terry Thomas: Yooebsuhloot shaaar!" emoticon]
{ii} Verging into Sherrie Hewson territory there!

The second coming

First off: I want to say welcome {i} to my new followers, I'm very honoured that you have come on board! Hope you continue to enjoy the blog.

I have Tomasz's full Attitude interview (buy it now!) and accompanying photos for your satisfaction/inspection/rumination/cogitation/titilation/self-pollution below. I confess that I have used the dodge tool on Photoshop on the shorts... fancy making him wear dark-coloured shorts!

NB: You can magnify the photos by left-clicking on them

I'm glad that when he gets into trouble with producers, they are very forgiving! Rightly so, he's star... if he ever isn't forgiven, being slapped on the legs is the only punishment suitable.

I take my hat off to Tomasz though. I can walk briskly for 15 miles, doesn't bother me-- run for 15 yards it knackers me! Probably because I'm 6'2" of chewed string [ha]

My favourite part of the interview, is where he reveals he has lots of stamina. I bet he does... I nearly fainted when I read that! Ooh, suit me.

We just need him to do a John Andresen shoot now.

{i} Or should that be: "Witamy"? Or "wilkommen", "bienvenue", "velkommen", "croeso", "bienvenido", "welkom", failt", "Vítáme te" or "bem-vindos"

Tomasz has Attitude

Words fail me on this, I'd never thought I'd see the day-- I almost had a heart attack when I saw this... well I certainly hurt myself [wink #1]

Tomasz has posed for Attitude magazine, in their new "Active" section. Even better than I could ever imagine! Of course regular visitors to this blog knew he was hiding something special under his rugby shirts on Country Tracks, we didn't realise how special

Tomasz: Pani uroda mnie olsniewa, jestem wprost bez tchu jestes bardzo przystojny; swietnie wygladasz, swietnie wygladasz, masz ladne oczy {ii}

I'm heavily indebted to Ryan Price for that initial pic and the poster who made me aware of the intial link-- I am inordinately happy. The Jan edition was still out in the newsagents today, I can't wait until Feb hits the shelves. I wonder what secret Tomasz is hiding eh [wink #2]? I hope there are pics like that, or a nice interview!

Never mind a Semillion {i}, I went all Ken & Kenneth when I saw that. I feel ugly and inadquate all of a sudden.

Bless you Tomasz!

{i} More like a pan-handle.
{ii} Linguaphone, eat your eyes out.
